In CSV's "Project ID" was always used even if the thing being referenced was a Organisation or a Fund.
Fixed by adding type_name to _update_public_archive_files_file_per_data_type_csv_in_zip_for_records
Also renamed paramater in _update_public_archive_files_file_per_data_type_csv_in_zip_for_records
to output_file_prepend to acurately reflect it's use.
(Previously what was being passed was not a type ID.)
