Output snapshot distributions of financial wealth, # properties #69

Possibly print results in separate files, with a line per snapshot, and add a control parameter to set the frequency of those snapshots. Check how much of this is already implemented in the micro-data recorder.

Check how position of call to recordSale affects, for example, bank balance data (it seems bank balance data is for after purchase, and thus after down-payment).
