Thank you for your feedback!
We agree, the first plot needed a better legend, and the visualization was changed to make it clearer, and it now shows the number of physical polling locations per state over time rather than the number of physical polling locations across states per year. The new approach does a better job of using legends and color to present the information.
The following is the peer review of the Presentation proposal by [name of team completing peer review]. The team members that participated in this review are

Content: Is the research question well designed and is the data being used relevant to the research question? There data showed results that were used to answer both of the questions. Both questions used different variables (states, date, number of polling places and date, number of polling places, urban vs rural, and voter turnout) which directly related to their questions.
Content: Did the team use appropriate visualizations and did they interpret them accurately? The visualizations were clear with correct use of titles and labels for each of the axes. Their interpretations were easy to understand and supported by their visualizations.
Creativity and Critical Thought: Is the project carefully thought out? Are the limitations carefully considered? Does it appear that time and effort went into the planning and implementation of the project? Each visualization shown clearly supported their questions. Their limitations slide highlighted the issues within their data set. The slides are clearly organized and were presented in a way that tells a story about their project. I appreciated the conclusion slide.
Slides: Are the slides well organized, readable, not full of text, featuring figures with legible labels, legends, etc.? Each slide was easy to understand and organized in a clear way. There was limited use of text on screen which made it easy to follow along with the presentation. Labels and legends were mostly clear, although the legend for the rural vs urban graph could have been adjusted from area_type to area type using fill() in theme(). All graphs that needed a legend had them.
Professionalism: How well did the team present? Does the presentation appear to be well practiced? Are they reading off of a script? Did everyone get a chance to say something meaningful about the project? Both speakers did an excellent job presenting their questions and graphs. The split felt equal between partners and their style of speaking was relaxed and clear. Great job presenting!
