Content: Is the research question well designed and is the data being used relevant to the research question?
The research questions were well designed and segregated and relevant data has been used to answer the question. We were particularly interested in the difference between living in a pack and how it affects hunting patterns.
Content: Did the team use appropriate visualizations and did they interpret them accurately?
Yes, the visualizations used are appropriate for their problem statement. And their interpretation and clarity of thought are also accurate. They knew what their data was missing and got the best out of it. The choice of colors was nice.
Creativity and Critical Thought: Is the project carefully thought out? Are the limitations carefully considered? Does it appear that time and effort went into the planning and implementation of the project?
The planning and implementation of the project appear to have taken considerable time and effort. Very thoughtful in regards to the variations of types of plots and colors utilized. The team was transparent in the limitations of their study and addressed possible limitations when it came to missing values from unneutered cats and certain countries.
Slides: Are the slides well organized, readable, not full of text, featuring figures with legible labels, legends, etc.?
The content in the insights slide (q2) and the challenges faced slide could have been shorter. And just a minor issue their conclusion text is overlapped on the paw marks used on full screen.
Professionalism: How well did the team present? Does the presentation appear to be well practiced? Are they reading off of a script? Did everyone get a chance to say something meaningful about the project?
The overall presentation was great, and yes, the presentation was well practiced and everyone got a chance to present.
