The funding of 0.001 ETH (plus a crowdfund of 7.249 ETH worth 1301.2679899999998 USD) (0.18 USD @ $179.51/ETH) attached to this issue has been cancelled by the bounty submitter
I never understood how this worked. I did complete the bounty and didn't get back from the team :(
Hey @netpoe, sorry about that. The bounty relied on the work submissions here https://gitcoin.co/issue/INFURA/hackathons/1/3869. I see you submitted work but unlike the others there's no link to view it? I see the Simple ICO project, if you can show me where it uses Infura and give an eth address we can award the bounty still.
@seanwbren I never received the bounty, I submit the URL.
Thank you @seanwbren to return back to us. I really appreciate it. Please find below my link where it uses Infura and an eth address: https://github.com/ivanmolto/graphs-network-traffic 0x7904667C340601AaB73939372C016dC5102732A2

Hey @netpoe , cool just sent 50 Dai to that address! Thanks for participating.

Hi @seanwbren I submitted work and I did not receive any feedback. Please do kindly look into it. Thank you for your time.
Hello @seanwbren Any update please. Thank you. You can confirm that I submitted work here: https://github.com/INFURA/hackathons/pull/4
Hi @seanwbren Any updates please. I'm still waiting to hear a reply from you. Thank you.
Hi all, thank you for your patience. The bounty was paid out with 0.345 eth ($50 at the time).
@ivanmolto you were paid in this transaction. https://ethplorer.io/tx/0x9d7e3c4746ac5f787e1089a2641559aee4b42ef48abf61c66d03983996008d15
@rodrigosobrero I don't see a URL for your project code, the PR 404's.
@eatablewonderful your Compound bot code submission exists here: https://github.com/azizjalel/Compound-Watcher/blob/master/files/modules.py which pre-dates the hackathon and therefore isn't valid.
@emmaodia the work was evaluated based on the PR's in this list https://github.com/INFURA/hackathons/issues/1#issuecomment-572475644. I see your name as a submitter but not the PR there, so it seems there was an issue with the submission. Now I see your Twitter DM with the iExec project PR https://github.com/iExecBlockchainComputing/iexec-apps/pull/42. The majority of that code also existed before the hackathon began and so I don't think it's a valid submission. Can you explain how you are using Infura in HDWalletProvider?

Sorry @seanwbren, I deleted the repository, I re-uploaded it here: https://github.com/rodrigosobrero/infura-bounty. My address is 0xE59206deF9967b7d2DD61A1f78fed7e5C6d17bB5
¡Thanks a lot!
Hi @seanwbren Thank you for your reply!
I deployed the TLSNotaryDoracle to the Kovan Testnet using Infura and not the HDWallet. It is a valid submission per the contest rules which said: Please include in your submission description 1) The emails used for signing up to Infura and 2) A screenshot of the "Stats" dashboard of your project showing the graphs of network traffic.
I deployed the TLS Notary DOracle using Infura. As you can see from my submission in the graph I am able to interact with the DOracle. Attached is a screenshot of my truffle config file with my Infura API keys used in the deployment of that particular project.
Also kindly take a look at my submission again: https://github.com/emmaodia/hackathons/blob/master/submission.md
I meet the requirements per the description to show network traffic uptick 100%.
Thank you for your time Sean.
Hello @seanwbren Any updates on this? Thank you.
Note: Due to a quirk in the way gitcoin handles multiple payouts from a crowdfunded bounty, I need to pay out the winners in an alternate method. So the bounty is being canceled to receive the funds back, and will be sent to the winners very soon.
Infura API Signup and Usage Prize
Prize Bounty
$50 of Eth for the first 20 teams to register with Infura and meet the requirements in their submission.
Challenge Description
Infura is a way to interact with the Ethereum network without running a local node. The API key is used the 'Providers' step of setting up ethers.js or web3.js. Note: Using Infura's IPFS API is also eligible! For those new to Ethereum development, I'd recommend starting with this tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3wM5903ty0
