Hello, Can you please tell me how you create tzw.ent.npy file?

Hi @congvmit! We obtained/processed all KG data by following the instructions in the MHGRN repo.

Specifically, the tzw.ent.npy file was obtained via this link in the MHGRN repo. Please see the circled link in the attached screenshot below. Screen Shot 2022-01-29 at 12 15 38 AM
