Fresnel zone plate as specific case of fresnel phase maskRe #3

Replace fzp_mask to be fresnel_phase_mask with n=2

Closing this issue, as of version 1.1, fzp_mask is not being used, but fresnel_phase used for all fresnel (zone plates and multilevel masks).
