Delaying one spiketrain with respect to the other changes the correlation coefficient between the spiketrains.

Try: Instead of sliding windows calculate correlation matrices based on delay

Moving backwards vs. moving forwards?
All possible combinations? Maybe spiketrains are moved by different amounts, then show how far they were moved
