Brain areas of macaque atlas #28

Hi, I was trying to plot the areas that the paper simulated, it consists of 32 areas, and the atlas used is from here as described in the paper. While only 14 areas are included in the atlas's label in F99 space, so how to solve this?

And how do we know the activation according to the firing rate?
