The correlation-toolbox folder containing correlation_analysis.py and helper.py was added into the folder ./figures/MAM2EBRAINS;
Bug fixes and code improvements.

Important to mention that the correlation-toolbox repo exists as an independent GitHub repo but it is not under continued development. Additionally, the files were copied directly here to make it easier to run on EBRAINS.

Then, it may be replaced in the future by another package with a similar function (e.g. Elephant toolkit).

Yes, this could be replaced by modules in Elephant or Scipy implementing the same function. Will do later after contacting Elephant developing team.
