From a user's email:

It was not working if there was some URL which couldn’t be translated to a post ID, I had to fix that, as the plugin was generating invalid SQL insert in that case.

I've emailed them asking for:

an example of a URL that couldn't be translated to a post ID
their fix for this case

This was happening if a tag archive was scoring high. It failed to be translated to a post_id.
