Fixes signup workflow problems from #59 and #61
Improved documentation throughout
- Adds troubleshooting docs and instructions on how to un-set settings (in the DB)
- Adds exhortations to contact us with bugs
- Adds preventative documentation for #61
- Incorporates docs from https://github.com/INN/Google-Analytics-Popular-Posts/pull/6
Code style cleanup
bumps version number to 0.1.2 so that we can release these fixes to wordpress.org.
