The plugin now uses jquery.dfp.js 2.4.2
The plugin version number in bower.json is bumped to reflect the actual version number of the plugin at the current time
Adds docs for how to update jquery.dfp.js and the plugin, for other maintainers.

https://github.com/INN/doubleclick-for-wp/issues/66, because we were using an outdated version of the script.
