Sidebar menu missing from service page from 980-768px #104

Affected page: https://inn.org/inn-support-services/

Above about 980px, the page hierarchy menu appears as a sidebar.

Below about 770px, it appears as a drop-down at the top of the page.

But in between, it's nowhere to be seen.
