reworking the way we create tabbed pages, a la the INN Days page.

create new template that's just a clone of the Full Width Page template.
call the stylesheet for the Tabby extension on that new template, instead of calling it by slug.
also I fixed an error from the original where the wrong hover color was showing on those tabs.
