Merge chicago reporter theme

Changes

• includes wp-content/themes/chicago-reporter and its files directly in the umbrella
• deprecates https://bitbucket.org/projectlargo/theme-chicago-reporter as a repo; it can be deleted after this is merged and everyone is moved over

Post-merge actions

1. push working changes to someplace you can copy them back from
2. git fetch origin; git checkout -f master
3. apply changes; commit, push

We'll also need to update this repo's staging branch; that can be done by merging the new master branch into staging. The current staging branch isn't being used for anything, anyways.
