We responded that it looks like its been that way for a while, and Jarrett responded:
"As for the indication of the map color on the neighborhood page (not on the map itself), yes, it has traditionally been there -- but with a little colored dot, which looked slightly less odd. If it's easier to change the color word to the key word (e.g. Yellow becomes Proposal in Approval Process) than it is to remove the word altogether, that'd be fine."
See if we can reproduce what he's talking about and figure out what's going on.
