adding roundups to array for closing comments #6

Currently, the WP discussion settings only apply to posts.

This update adds link roundups (digests) into the filter array to also have the settings applied to roundups/digests. This specifically affects 'close_comments_for_post_types' and the desired setting is to have posts and digests' comments closed after 14 days.
