Audit plugins to remove unused and update outdated ones

Is this just an audit, or should we try to update all the plugins as well?

So, next steps should be:

• [x] Speak with client and decide on what plugins they'd like to keep and what plugins can be removed
• [ ] Update any outdated plugins that the client would like to keep
• [ ] Test, test, test

Met with Andy this morning to walk through the existing plugins on the site and he mentioned he's not married to any of them and we have free reign to remove/update/keep whatever we see fit. So, updated next steps:

• [x] Remove any inactive plugins (10) since they aren't being used
• [ ] Review activated plugins and see what they're actually doing. As long as removing them doesn't affect performance, design, analytics, or forms, we could probably remove it, but let's decide on a case by case basis.
• [x] Update any outdated plugins that the client would like to keep
• [x] Test, test, test
