[x] add to WPE domains board
[x] site in the multisite, with domain mapping

[x] install plugins: Link Roundups, Redirection
[x] get Redirection working
[x] save example links:
[x] new child theme based on Largo
[x] static page as homepage
[x] redirect homepage to http://inn.org/amplify/ for logged-out users

DNS does not need to be configured because *.inn.org has an A record for the IP address of our WPE box.

Redirection requires REST API access, which requires uncaching it.

Redirection is now working.

302 Found redirect created for logged-out users from / to https://inn.org/project/amplify-news-project/, which can be removed at a later time or kept.

Since the redirect is fine for logged-out users, no formal homepage is needed at this time. I'm going to create a static page that describes the purpose of the site and links to the page that we're going to use for the saved links.

Done: https://amplify-inn-org.inndev.staging.wpengine.com/ now shows a simple page to logged-in users.
