"Primary Category" is a Yoast SEO feature that, on SFPP's site, mainly affects certain SEO tags. SFPP does not use the "Breadcrumbs" feature mentioned in this documentation: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-select-a-primary-category/
"Top Term" is a Largo feature that controls which term (category, series, tag, etc) is displayed over that post in lists of posts. https://largo.inn.org/guides/authors/writing-posts/advanced-post-settings/
Archive pages
WordPress comes with several built-in archive pages:
- Categories: A category like "News" will have an archive page http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/category/news/ . The category archive for any given category can be found by clicking the "view" link on that category at http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category
- Tags: A tag like "coronavirus" will have an archive page http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/tag/coronavirus/ . The tag archive for any given tag can be found by clicking the "view" link on that tag at http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=post_tag&orderby=count&order=desc
- Series: Series are complicated by the existence of Series Landing Pages, a feature of Largo. You can view a list of series landing pages at http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=cftl-tax-landing . A series landing page that is assigned to a series will replace the normal archive for that series. If you click the "view" link in http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=series for a series that has a series landing page, the page you go to will display the series landing page
- Authors:
- WordPress Users are listed at http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/wp-admin/users.php and clicking the "View" link next to their name will show you the posts they have written on the frontend.
- Co-Authors Plus Guest Authors are listed at http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=view-guest-authors — there are no Guest Authors at the moment.

- 2020: http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/2020/
- January 2020: http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/2020/01
- January 7, 2030: http://sfpublicpress.flywheelsites.com/2020/01/07/ — if there is no post for this day, there will be a 404 page instead
Form Builder
No form builder yet installed; there's an archaic "Web Form" post type left over from the import. Should we install Gravity Forms for them?
User roles
- SEO Editor: Yoast-SEO-specific role granting access to the SEO metabox on posts. https://yoast.com/seo-roles/
- SEO Manager: Yoast-SEO-specific role granting access to all plugin settings: https://yoast.com/seo-roles/
- Manager: ⚠️ I do not know, actually
- Subscriber: Can log in and manage their own profile, but nothing else https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#subscriber
- Contributor: for people who can log into the CMS and create draft posts https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#contributor
- Author: can do all that Contributor can do, plus publish posts https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#author
- Editor: can do all that author can do, plus edit others' posts https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#editor
- Administrator: can manage sitewide settings, plugins, and widgets, as well as everything that editors can do. https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#administrator
- (none): no permissions to do anything
Role customization can be done with https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ but caution is advised.
