Update page authors to SFPP rather than "Tsuperadmin" #138

Can we rename or otherwise edit TSuperadmin so it always shows as San Francisco Public Press, or something similar?

@MirandaEcho I have updated the display name for the tsuperadmin user to be San Francisco Public Press so we shouldn't see tsuperadmin on the frontend anymore.
