Documentation needed for URL redirets #157

Need the following:

Difference between 404 solution and redirection plugins
What to do where (i.e. if an automatic redirect is wrong, where do they kill it?)
How to search for 404s after launch (step by step), and how to fix them.

That doc is great for explaining what we did, but doesn't have enough detail for how they manage it going forward, especially for finding and fixing missed redirects.
