[ ] Can we (locally) mock up how it would look with blue in the header bar, rather than orange, and send that to them? The donate button will be red with white text.
[x] Add thumbnail images (small) to the gray secondary featured content stories and remove bylines from that section.
[x] More button styling is broken on article sharing buttons
[x] Update page title on pages, category landing pages, author pages to match styling
[x] Reduce excerpt length of homepage featured story to 3 sentences/custom excerpt
