subscribe/donate button cleanup #23

Now that we have donate and subscribe buttons in the sticky nav header, there are duplicate menu items. This hides the duplicate CTA (donate/subscribe) buttons from the interior page sticky nav.

VoOC has approved the donate/subscribe style updates & they can be moved to production. Can we isolate these changes from the commits re: tronc ad tags which are NOT ready for the live site?

It would take a ton of time to separate the ad tags commits from the staging branch. But we could just comment out the line that adds the ads: https://github.com/INN/umbrella-voiceofoc/blob/staging/wp-content/themes/voiceofoc/functions.php#L173

And then deploy that.
