adding FB pixel #29

This adds a Facebook pixel with VoOC's pixel tracking ID to establish a baseline for measuring specific events.

@benlk Can this be deployed directly to the live site?

Because master and staging were merged in the last commit in master, and because there have since been no commits in staging, once this is merged to staging we can merge staging to master dan deploy to production straightaway.
