https://data.geoscience.fr/ncl/par/1340 <--> http://id.eaufrance.fr/par/1340 in both cases speak about Nitrate but the representation is different 'skos & Friends' VS Sandre one (based on French dictionnary on PAR)

-> sameAs VS exactMatch ?

by using skos:exactMatch (or any sub-property of skos:semanticRelation), we are implying that the resources on both sides of the relation are of type skos:Concept. Thus This should be used carefully. owl:sameAs is more generic since it could be used between any rdfs:Resources .
