Update GeneralFlattening.md #104

Proposes modification to address that this rule could be combined with other rules to avoid information loss.

  1. For consideration: update to title for consistency/clarity as it applies specifically to nested structures; updates names of other MT rules as proposed in pull request 99
  2. Minor edits for grammar, clarity, and consistency
  3. Included language referring to MT00X (PROPOSED) “Retain Nested Child Elements” and MT00X (PROPOSED) “Abbreviate Prefix of Compound Property Names,” should they be accepted.

The proposed changes have been applied in the new repository, see also https://github.com/INSPIRE-MIF/model-transformation-rules/pull/13

References to new, proposed model transformation rules are not added, as those rules should be approved first.
