The https://github.com/INSPIRE-MIF/2017.2/blob/master/GeoJSON/specification.md document has a section Projected CRS support but we probably don't just mean projected CRS, we mean support for any alternate coordinate reference system whether projected (like EPSG:3857) or geographic like EPSG:4326 or EPSG:4258)
