Hi, a I have now created a release of the OGC OMSF Github repository for referencing from the 2017.2 documents: https://github.com/opengeospatial/omsf-profile/tree/v1.0/
Please note that while I'm in definitely in favour of referring to OMSF pages under Normative references, these documents do not yet have any kind of OGC endorsement.
