The INSPIRE schemas were recently updated and it looks that XML schema validation error with keywordValueInspireTheme is an error in the updated schemas.

Change proposal description

The production schema directory(https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/common/1.0/enums/) should be provided with updated enum_inspireThemes_all.xsd

Issue faced

Type keywordValueInspireTheme is currently defined only in this draft schema: https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/draft-schemas/common/1.0/enums/enum_inspireThemes_all.xsd, so XML schema validation error occurs.

Thw problem with the scheme no more exists.
