Split section 7 in three: 1 informative section with the main
principles and an overview of resources , 1 normative section with the
requirements classes, 1 informative section with the example.
Update spec: formatting changes (blank lines before and after title,
tables, etc. to ensure the HTML version of the spec looks ok).
