SU Grid - Changes from 1089 amendment #1049

Change description

The IR amendment introduced a change in a constraint for the StatisticalGridCell feature type and in a Theme-specific requirement.

Implementation of changes

The changes were introduced in the related ATSs (Constraints; Theme-specific requirements). In the screenshot below there is a detail of the changes introduced:

Only a text change is needed in the ETS due to the related tests being manual.

The fix is now available in staging and is functioning properly. It will be included in the upcoming release.
