LC - Changes from 1089 amendment #1050

Change description

The IR amendment introduced a new association role for the LandCoverUnit feature type and the related check need to be implemented in the validator.

Implementation of changes

The new association role was added in the related ATS and the check will be implemented in the ETS.

The fix is now available in staging and is functioning properly. It will be included in the upcoming release.
