HY - Changes from 1089 amendment #1052

Change description

The IR amendment introduced a change in the data type of the geometry attribute of the RiverBasin and DrainageBasin feature types from "GM_Surface" to "GM_Object" and added a geometry constraint (The geometry attribute has to be of type GM_Surface or GM_MultiSurface.).

Implementation of changes

The new constraint was added in the related ATS and the check will be implemented in the ETS.

The fix is now available in staging and is functioning properly. It will be included in the upcoming release.
