Failure against GML application schema HH #1058

Dear all,

when validating the following dataset:

https://inspire.brandenburg.de/services/hh_laermk_pdm2017_wfs?service=WFS&version=2.0.0&request=GetFeature&typenames=hh:EnvHealthDeterminantMeasure&Count=10

the validator (productive instance) fails for the Test

Conformance class: GML application schemas, Human Health and Safety / Basic Test / hh-gml.a.1: Human Health and Safety feature in dataset

with the following message: The XML documents representing the spatial data set do not contain a feature of any of the spatial object types in the 'Human Health and Safety 10' application schemas. Therefore, the spatial data set cannot conform to this conformance class. If you have expected to find spatial objects from the application schema in the data set, please consult the statistics information to see the spatial object types that have been found.

The test report: Test run on 10 37 - 28.03.2024 with test suite Annex III - Human health and safety (HH).zip

This issue seems to be similar to a previous one which turned out to be a bug on the staging instance: #951

The tests were passed in earlier validations. So I wonder why it fails now. Is it due to the new schema release ? Is the validator already checking against these new versions?

Dear @Dnoack49,

I confirm that the validator is already using the new schema version in the test "Validation against INSPIRE official schema".

Regarding the error in "Conformance class: GML application schemas, Human Health and Safety / Basic Test / hh-gml.a.1: Human Health and Safety feature in dataset", it is due to the change of the official schema. The test should not fail even if the dataset uses the old version of the schema, we are investigating why the test fails.
