thank you for reporting the issue. While the Staging environment is designed for testing and may experience occasional instabilities, the behavior you described is outside the expected performance. We are currently investigating the Staging instance to determine the cause of this behavior. In the meantime, please feel free to continue with your testing in the Production instance.

When accessing the INSPIRE Validator Staging Instance, the CAPTCHA mechanism does not function properly. The CAPTCHA fails to validate correctly, preventing the user from proceeding. In some cases it is working in a browser´s incognito mode and sometimes it is functioning for a short time periode. The issue has been reproduced in multiple browsers also with deleting/clearing the cookies, cache and local storage. In this conditions the service is not reliable.
