looking at your test report and re-validating your service, it seems that the most recurrent errors (errors like "A GetCapabilities was requested without mandatory parameter 'service' and the service did not throw an exception.") are due to web-server configurations.
There is a request to relax the tests related to this type of check, and we are evaluating it, see issue #40. We will update you about the progress.
The validator is recurrent on returning failed test results for our validation attempts on some WMS.

Could the persistent failure be caused by any system setting on our server side?
