CAPTCHA does not work #961

Dear Support

captha function of the validator does not work throws error 500

Please help

Dear @lorincztamas,

it seems to be an external issue with the EC captcha service that doesn't allow the validator to verify the answers of the captcha. We disabled the captcha to allow the users to perform validations and we will restore it when the problem is solved.

It's much faster to check without captcha.

The capthcha is not working again :( I cannot validate my data. Please turn it off. Thank you Tamás

Hi @lorincztamas,

the CAPTCHA is disabled, please try to clear the browser cache.

the issue regarding the captcha verification process has been solved. The problem has been identified as a result of a change in the final endpoint URL.

Hi!

The captcha is again just scrolling and not validating any further.

I tried it in other browsers/networks and the result is the same.

Dear @lorincztamas,

it seems there is a general issue with the domain ec.europa.eu.

The captcha loads very slowly now, but after a while, it seems working.
