Add View Service TG #48

Added View Service TG and updated readme with the link to the new TG

All the suggested corrections have been integrated.

Regarding the pdf, we are working to integrate an automated action to generate it. Until the next release, it corresponds to the current version, so it shouldn't be needed. In any case, we can generate it manually.

Dear @heidivanparys,

thank you for your review and for the PR for the typo in the XML.

As for the PDF, we noticed that the icons are not visible after the conversion, we will try to find a solution to have the same icons in all versions (adoc, pdf and html).

As for the use of "document properties", if everyone agrees we can start using them (adding them to the MD TG).

OK for Date to become Date of publication and for addition of document properties. Regarding the change of the values for the Status and the Identifier, we would change these directly in the 2022.2 branch, where we are creating pull request corresponding to the endorsed change proposals #2 and #12. Considering these changes, we think the new version could be 3.2, because we are not only changing the text of the Requirement 39 but also splitting it into two adding the 39 bis … what do you think?

Thanks @sMorrone, sure all changes should now happen in the 2022.2 branch.

Regarding the version: being the current version of the TG 3.11, the options are either 3.12 or 4.0. Which one would you suggest?
