In the donation letter, please update the compensation package detailed in Appendix A to accurately reflect the resources the Donor will provide. The Secretary is tasked with listing the various ways scientists residing in the properties can leverage these multiple resources. This update should ensure that when it comes time for government funding bodies to assess the resources already available, they will be confident in matching the donation.

The Donor's primary objective is to develop a fully automated ANDROID Ops framework that can launch an app with just "one click." Currently, the vision involves housing scientists in his properties, with the goal that by year 3, INSTAR Lab (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research organization) will secure grant funding from bodies like the NSF (National Science Foundation).

I will work on updating the compensation package today by creating a list that is detailed and will show what resources scientists can utilize when residing in the donor's properties. By the end of the day this list should be available and is ready to be signed.
