This issue pertains to the development of a Product Requirement Documentation (PRD) for an intelligent documentation application, leveraging Logic Apps and LISA App as the primary facilitators. The primary objective of this application is to automate the process of grant writing, utilizing user-provided information in response to O.R.B.I.T.A.L. questions (Objective, Resources, Budget, Indicator, Transport, Activity, Logistics). The Indicator aligns with the Crosswalk Sheet that encapsulates NSF and USAID goals, which the LISA App is capable of identifying.

The application will be deployed across multiple departments that require extensive documentation, such as USIVA visa processing, business plan creation, and grant creation. The application will follow the Dream Hub's list of expected document information, similar to the GRANT Accelerator.

The application workflow is as follows:

  1. Collect O.R.B.I.T.A.L. questions through Adaptive Cards.
  2. Identify the location of saved files (e.g., SharePoint), such as downloaded NSF files.
  3. Specify the location of the final Word file (e.g., SharePoint), which can be a blank file.
  4. Transfer answers to a master Excel sheet, which contains all the sheets for the business plan, visas, O.R.B.I.T.A.L. for grant, etc.
  5. Use the Excel sheet to generate content intelligently using AI.
  6. Transfer the generated content to the appropriate Word Template (Business Plan Template, E-2 Template, Grant Template).

This issue will track the development progress of the intelligent documentation application, ensuring that all features are implemented as per the requirements and the application is fully functional and ready for deployment.
