Importing fastq files from AWS #4

Hello,

We have installed the docker version of INSaFLU on an AWS EC2 instance. How can I import the fastq file already on my EC2 instance into the INSaFLU pipeline via command line? Do I need to move my fastq files into a specific folder on the INSaFLU installation?

Hello, INSaFLU doesn't allow upload data via command line interface. You need to upload all the data via web site. Sorry about this inconvenient... All the best.
