#36 fix #37

Fixing #36 by :

  1. Updating engine.py + fixing minor bug(order of directories in "subpath" in the function "_is_AnDOR").
  2. Removing errors linked to the "Source" directory.
  3. Removing rules linked to the "Source" directory.
  4. Removing tests linked to the "Source" directory.
