Here is the first draft of the Ando that check the new directory named "ephys".

Ok, so this now simplified the folder structure. II think that is all we planned for this PR. So I think we can merge soon.

Is this normal?

answering my own question... that error came from having an old version of AnDO still installed on my system (and a non-trivial call of that old version)... so now, everything is fine for me!
