One topic for publishing commands to dinova #4

Currently, we have two topics for sending commands to the real robot and the Gazebo robot. Specifically: Real robot: /cmd_vel -> linear and angular velocity for dingo /kinova/command -> topic for controlling kinova Gazebo: /omnidrive_velocity_controller/command -> linear and angular velocity for dingo /kinova/command -> topic for controlling kinova

Do we want to have one topic for controlling dinova or should we leave it as it is now?
