Very light changes here – just removed a couple of bits where we advise the use of BSD-3 – seems a bit risky, it's enough to say "a lot of open source projects use BSD-3, MIT and Apache licenses" and let people deal with that themselves. (We'll skim over that whole part in the lecture because there's a separate session on choosing a license.)
Note that the CITATION.cff file belongs in 03-other-files.md – you don't have to have published the code on PyPI to get a DOI from Zenodo, and to be able to cite the code. We move that block of text to this file in #69
