Map Data Cube model to NGSI-LD

Issues:

Transformation of Data Qube into NGSI-LD is fast-forward
Nevertheless, it is map of different elements which is translated into a @graph property in JSON-LD
ETSI NGSI-LD manage separated entities therefore we should separate @graph in different JSON-LD content files and connect them through relationships, different Entities
Although there is an @Id in both cases some transformation will be needed basically due to FIWARE expect to have a URN.
Multi-language is other topic to see how is managed and accepted in the ETSI NGSI-LD
@context can be manage as array and not as a dictionary, need to check the representation key:value
