Data models should be centralized #276

As for now DTOs which models some of the domain input data can not be referenced from all relevant projects where the model is needed. Furthermore classes like "MaestroV1SimulationConfiguration" model almost the same data as such could also just use the DTO. The data models should be consolidated in one location.
