- Integrate Pandaboard into the robot, which will entail consuming the 
detection info, and issuing commands to set the shooter's elevation angle, and 
the drive system's rotational angle, taking into account the current 
azimumth/elevation of the camera, and known geometry of the camera's placement 
on the robot.

- Test this at a system level, tune, etc.
